You must let us know within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we only offer an exchange if the error is caused by CMM. You should ALWAYS double and then triple-check spelling and any other applicable selections when ordering. If applicable, you are responsible for approving the proof. If your order is placed with incorrect information, it will NOT be replaced/refunded.

We only replace items if they are misspelled by us, defective, or damaged (Damaged items may require a claim to be filed with the shipping company).
