FAQs
We offer powder coating in many colors.
Yes! It depends on exactly what you are needing, but we request that you contact our team by filling out our custom request form. During various times of the year this form may be deactivated due to high demand.
Yes, many of our products don’t require a name or text.
Due to the varied sizes of products, we do not offer gift boxes or gift wrap at this time.
We offer various sizes of our products. Final cutting and finishing of the product may change the dimensions by fractions of an inch so all dimensions are approximate.
The size of our square products is the side length.
The size of circle products is the diameter.
The rest of our products are measured from the greatest points on the product.
Once you have added the item/items you would like to buy to your cart, select “view cart”. This will take you to your cart page. Select “Checkout.” You should see the gift certificate discount code box. You will enter your code in the box and select “Apply”. This should adjust your total.
Depending on the finish, the product may rust
Currently we do not ship internationally. Please check back with us periodically, as we do expect this to change.
You will need to contact the applicable carrier with your tracking number to file a missing parcel claim.
You must let us know within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we only offer an exchange if the error is caused by CMM. You should ALWAYS double and then triple-check spelling and any other applicable selections when ordering. If applicable, you are responsible for approving the proof. If your order is placed with incorrect information, it will NOT be replaced/refunded.
We only replace items if they are misspelled by us, defective, or damaged (Damaged items may require a claim to be filed with the shipping company).
Some of our signs come with holes either on the top, bottom, both top and bottom and/or sides.
For the signs that don’t have specific hang points, there are many options out there.
- Magnets – look for the ones that have counter-sunk screw holes.
- Clear Hanging Wire – this is designed to be discrete.
- Double Sided Mounting Tape – follow the directions to make sure the sign isn’t too heavy.
- Poster Putty – follow the directions to make sure the sign isn’t too heavy.
- Disc Hangers – come in multiple sizes and weight capabilities.
- Decorative Hooks – come in many shapes and sizes for hidden or visible use.
- Mounting the piece to something else such as reclaimed wood, frames, art canvases, the possibilities are endless. (We would love to see your creations)
- Ribbons – these can be changed with the season or any time you change your color scheme.
- Sawtooth Hooks – requires you to put holes in your metal piece, an alternative option is to glue the hook onto the piece. Be sure to use the proper type of adhesive or glue for metal.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate requests. However, due to the Covid-19 delays in both materials and shipping times, we recommend that you order your item at least 6 weeks before you need it. We realize this seems like a long time, but due to the personalization time needed to produce your item plus shipping, it may be needed. Please contact us so that we can inform you of the availability of your desired product. During peak times/holidays, we may not be able to guarantee your item will be received by a certain date.
We ship our products through UPS, FedEx and USPS (post office). Depending on your location in the United States, your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive once the label has been created. When your order ships, we e-mail you tracking information so that you can keep a close on eye on where your order is! Due to COVID-19, carriers have been delayed longer than normal so please understand that the actual delivery times are out of our control.
Our products are cut out from 16-gauge steel. This thickness was chosen to provide you with a solid and quality item but isn’t too heavy for hanging. Other thicknesses may be used for custom pieces depending on the complexity of the project.
The general turnaround time for most products is 1-2 weeks. The reason being that each item is unique and customized. We do not produce items until we receive an order. (Turnaround times can fluctuate depending on holidays and the number of orders being produced.)
We will create your item exactly as you specify on your order. If the product calls for you to pluralize your name, please do so in the custom field provided. Items will be produced exactly as you specify/approve. Please see below for common usage regarding Possessive/Non-possessive and Monograms:

Non-possessive
No Apostrophe needed. In most cases, just add an “s” at the end.

Possessive
Your family name is NOT possessive unless you are claiming something is yours.

Non-Possessive Exceptions to the S rule
There are some exceptions with names that end in:
- “o” add “s” Example: The Blancos
- “x” add “e” Example: The Boxes
- “z” add “es” Example: The Morenezes
- “s” add “es” Example: The Hugheses
- “y” add “s” Example: The Harrys
- “ch” add “es” Example: The Belches
- “sh” add “es” Example: The Marishes

Yes. Your logo can be produced. NOTE: In some cases, additional set-up fees, processing time and delivery fees may apply.
Larger sizes and some finishes are a price increase.
You do not have to create an account if you do not wish to. You can check out as a guest.
Shipping is based upon the size of the piece and the location of delivery.
Links will be provided to track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.
