Due to the customized nature of our products, we only offer an exchange if the error is caused by CMM. You should ALWAYS double and then triple-check spelling and any other applicable selections when ordering. If applicable, you are responsible for approving the proof. If your order is placed with incorrect information, it will NOT be replaced/refunded. Please see or personalization and monogram information for help with possessive and non-possessive punctuation.

We only replace items if they are misspelled by us, defective, or damaged (Damaged items may require a claim to be filed with the shipping company).

If your package has been damaged in transit, please email us at metalmaniacs@custommetalmaniacs.com and in the subject line please include “Damaged Item Received” and within the email be sure to include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging and damaged item along with a copy of your receipt.
